What time should we arrive at camp on the first day?

Drop-off will be from 12pm to 2pm on Sunday. You will meet the coaching staff, get checked in, pick up your room key, and get ready for the first practice!

What time is pick-up on the last day of camp?

Pick-up is typically at 12pm on Thursday. We often invite parents and friends to come down to the boathouse to watch an "exhibition row" from the dock. You will be able to watch the athletes take their last few strokes on the Connecticut River with their new and improved technical skills! We will include information regarding this in an email later in June. If your child is taking the Dartmouth Coach Bus to Logan Airport or elsewhere after camp, we will have a camp counselor or coach escort them there.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund, minus 100$ processing fee if you cancel before May 15
After May 15, no refund unless extenuating circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc.), then you will get 1/2 camp cost refunded
